I gladly accept returns and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalized orders

While I'm able to do custom listings for higher quantities of yarn (a sweater amount, for example), I'm unable to do custom colors or 'tweak' the colors I have in stock.

Wholesale availability

I would love to appear in you local yarn store! I'm in the process of creating a line sheet, but please send a convo or email for more details.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns are handled on a case by case basis. If there is something wrong with your purchase, please contact me using an Etsy conversation within 2 weeks of receipt. If a return is accepted, the yarn must be in its original packaging, unused, and shipped back within 30 days. Refunds on returned items will be issued, minus the original shipping charges, after the yarn has been returned.

Exchanges are not accepted due to the constant change in yarn inventory and what is available.
